  • Service Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • In-house support available for bench and retail scales.

Service Durations

  • Retail & Tabletop Scales: ~45 mins per unit for calibration.
  • Industrial Platforms: 1.5 – 2 hours per station.
  • Weighbridge Certification: 4 – 6 hours per visit.

Site Preparation

  • Ensure easy access to the equipment and a clean, level surface.
  • Provide a stable power outlet (230V) within reach of the scale.
  • An authorized staff member must be on-site for service sign-off.
